Hello,

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the CourseCompass Focus Group on Friday, September 25th, 8:30-10am. For those of you who have not yet sent a reply about whether you’ll be attending or not, please let me know as soon as possible. You and your colleagues will be joined by a handful of Pearson product managers excited to learn about your experiences with our products and your opinions about how they can be made better in the future.

During this focus group we will be exploring proposed changes to the CourseCompass interface and course structure. We will be showing proposals for new user interfaces, and we will ask you to comment on how various styles of access to course tools and content would suit your instructional style. In this session, specifically, we will talk about a two-sided approach to accessing, creating, and managing course materials. In one view, you explore the finished content of the course (the student’s perspective). In the other view, you get access to tools that let you create/edit content and manage it in terms of sequence, time, or access.

We look forward to meeting with you on the 25th.

Safe travels,

Beth
