If this is your first use of WebEx on the device you may need to install the WebEx add on; just follow the guidance -- it may look a little different on Mac's but Mac's and their users are so hip they don't need help ;o).

If I haven't opened my meeting room you will get a message that the meeting will start when the host joins; you can wait (e.g., if I am expected) or click Notify Host to let me know you are there (using Notify Host will send me an email so it may be several minutes before I respond even when I am at a computer).

When I join as host (and, perhaps, allow you in) you will see the WebEx Meeting Center. This will allow you to see what I share on my screen but for audio you need to either call in or call using computer by clicking Connect to Audio and following guidance (ironically to me it is often harder to receive & send audio than it is video). Note that you can control your device's camera and whether it sends video by finding your name on the participants tab.
