Apple Bread
½ c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
2 T. sour cream
2 c. flour
½ t. salt
1 t. vanilla extract
2 c. peeled and chopped apples
½ c. nuts
Cream together oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add soda, vanilla and sour cream to sugar mixture and mix well. Add flour and salt and beat until smooth. Fold in apples and nuts. Place in greased bread pan. Crumble topping over bread and bake for one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Crumble topping
Mix together 2 T. flour, 2 T. sugar and 1 t. cinnamon. Cut in 2 T. butter.
